Sarah J.A.P. Viau
Background
Sarah grew up in a rural community East of Ottawa. She moved to Sudbury in 1997 to attend Laurentian University, and returned to Sudbury in 2005 to article with the Superior Court of Justice, North East and North Regions. As the Judges’ Law Clerk, Sarah traveled as far West as Thunder Bay and as far North as Attawapiscat. Sarah is fluently bilingual and practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Estates Litigation, Employment Law, Real Estate, Wills and Estates.

Professional and Community Involvement
Sarah teaches at the University of Sudbury and at Laurentian University in the Departments of Philosophy, Political Science and Foresic Science. Sarah is committed to ensuring access to justice and contributing to the community through various volunteer initiatives and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Laurentian University Alumni Association, the Sudbury District Law Association, Meals on Wheels (Sudbury) and Sudbury Regional Hospital's Ethics Committee.
